Kensington Palace was the childhood home of Princess Victoria - with this event we wanted to bring to life the childhood mind of the Princess.

We wanted to take what would normally be a simple cocktail reception and turn it into an immersive experience. The concept was that guests would enter a young Princess Victoria’s mind as if in one of her fantastical dreams.

It was the first time ever that video mapping was permitted on the façade of the Palace.

All menus had to be approved by conservationists of the Historic Royal Palaces as there are strict rules regarding use of oils and sauces in food preparation, including a ban on service of red or dark coloured drinks.

Guests received a sketch book from Princess Victoria before the event, which highlighted some of the characters they would be interacting with that evening.
